Before going to Lake Louise, we decided to make a trip to Moraine Lake since it was so close. The colour of the lake is an amazing blue-green colour.
I was amazed at how many people were there. We were told to make sure we got there before 10:00 in the morning so that we could get a good parking spot. It was still very difficult to find a parking spot.
The lake was so clear that it made this canoe look like it was balancing on the log.
What gorgeous views around the lake. It was hard to find a spot to take photos without people being in them.
This is the other end of the lake. On the hill in the distance you can see a lot of people.
Apparently this is the best place to get a picture of Moraine Lake.
