We spent some time in Arrowhead Provincial Park near Huntsville, Ontario last week. We enjoyed kayaking, and saw this great blue heron in the distance. We could see that it seemed to be working with something, and as we got closer, we saw that it was wrestling with a snake. The snake was fighting for its life, but the heron eventually was able to swallow the snake.
