I’ve been reviewing some photos from 2022, and thought I would put some of these up for my records. All of these photos are from our road and lake. It is a beautiful area of God’s handiwork.
Today we went for a drive down one of the roads that doesn’t get much traffic. It is beautiful with the snow on the trees. God gives us so many beautiful scenes to see.
We had the privilege of seeing some trumpeter swans on our lake as they are migrating through the area. There were actually 8 of them, but I wasn’t able to get photos of all of them together. They are beautiful birds.

We finished our camping trip this year by going into Algonquin Park and staying at Pog Lake Provincial Park. It is a beautiful park, and it is possible to go on the old railway bike trail that goes through Algonquin. We covered around 32 km on our bikes the day we took our trip.
It’s difficult to get a reservation for a weekend in the Provincial Parks unless you reserve very early.
