I really enjoyed visiting Banff this summer. We were able to go up in the Banff gondola, and the chairlift at Mount Norquay. Each of these places give great opportunities to see the mountains around Banff. I especially enjoyed watching the lighting change on the mountains because of the cloud cover.

This storm moved through the mountains to the left of us. It was fascinating to watch.
On the other side, we could watch a storm coming into Banff.
